Job Description
My client is a trusted and well-known Manufacturer, who have a reputation for quality. They have been established for over 40 years and with 11 locations they continue to grow. They''re now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their friendly and established team based in castle Donington. You will be responsible for Supervising a team of 8 Drivers and Warehouse staff.
You will need to have a Reach and Counterbalance FLT Licence. They offer a variety of benefits which includes 25 days holiday and no weekend work.
The duties of the Warehouse Supervisor will involve:
. Overseeing the Warehouse operation, including efficient receipt, storage, rotation and despatch of products.
. Implementing policies and procedures, recommending changes for continuous improvement.
. Share ideas and ensure the warehouse space is being maximised.
. Dealing with all vehicle related administration and adhering to Health & Safety policies.
. Liaising with transport companies and recruiting new members of staff.
. My client is looking for someone who has previous Warehouse Supervisory experience and a Reach/Counterbalance FLT Licence.
