Job Description
Working as part of a dynamic busy team providing customer service based assistance and administrative support to the Sales Support Leader and function and assisting all departments across the business where relevant.
The team are required to deliver consistently, high levels of accuracy and customer service and work collaboratively with other business functions.
The role will principally involve general telephone and email duties, sales order entry, customer queries and departmental administrative tasks along with occasional projects set by management.
Previous experience in a customer service role, be able to multi task along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is a must to be a success in this role.
