Job Description
1)Handling all phone calls/emails and dealing with enquires
2) Organising contractors for maintenance work and refurbishments
3) Liaising with tenants, landlords, surveyors and solicitors as required
4) Coding, inputting and filing purchase invoices
5) To run reports for Lease renewals and Rent Reviews
6) Preparing the Service Charge budget and reconciliations
7) To raise monthly and quarterly rent and service charge invoices
8) To assist with EPC management in line with current regulations
9) Recharging of service charge, insurance, electricity and gas costs
10) Obtaining insurance quotes
11) Be the first port of call for tenant and supplier queries
12) Debtor management and timely escalation to recovery
13) Monthly meter readings
14) Managing lease events including liaising with professional advisors
15) Maintaining databases and keeping accurate records
16) Ensuring all property compliance is up-to-date
17) Writing/typing correspondence and general administrative duties
18) Arranging site inspections and liaising with landlords and agents as required
19) Ad-hoc administrative duties
Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication
Skilled use of Microsoft office 365-Excel Literate
Ability to communicate effectively in property management (commercial preferred)
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Confident to learn and utilise new software skills
