Office Manager required in Coleshill.

Permanent, Full time.
Monday - Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

My client is a rapidly growing company looking for an Office Manager to support the centralised business functions in their Head Quarters.

We are looking for someone with a can-do, inspirational attitude, who has experience in leading a team of people. You''ll need to be a confident, strong minded person who has a proactive approach to improving and maintaining office procedures.

You will be managing the admin and office side of the business, conducting performance reviews and organizing staff daily to improve efficiency in every department. You will be supervising a team of 12-15 people so previous experience with managing an office or large team is required.

This new position will include:

Management of the After Sales Department, ensuring that KPI''s are met.
Managing staff to ensure that workload and breaks are measured.
Creating and implementing processes and automations to increase the efficiency in all departments, starting with the After Sales Team.
Managing the induction process, including introductory meetings, 1-2-1 support, and ensuring that training needs are met until they have settled into the role.
Booking staff holidays in the Head Office, ensuring that sufficient cover is arranged for business functions prior to leave approval.
Planning and conducting performance reviews and 1-2-1''s with all staff on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ensure that staff are meeting their targets and KPI''s.
