Customer Service Call Handler in Birmingham.
Permanent
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (with the occasional, optional Saturday)
Salary: £20,000 per annum
We are looking for a people person with Call Centre experience to join our client''s small customer service team.

We are looking for someone with customer service experience, who is an excellent communicator at all levels and has effective negotiation skills.
This new position will include:
Making and answering a high volume of calls
Dealing with new and existing orders
Booking delivery dates and times
Resolving customer issues / complaints
Recording conversations and correspondence with customers on the CRM system
