HR Employment Bureau is currently recruiting an Operations Manager for a large precision engineering company based in Redditch.
Duties below for Successful candidates:
Manage growth and success of teams
Responsible for production planning and procurement
Communicate with team leaders and commercial teams
Plan schedules and review work loading and man power
Create schedules based on strict deadlines
Monitor production KPIs
Organises plan and implement inventory activities
Ability to quote for pressings assemblies and tooling
Previously worked with an ISO 9001 AS9001 and IAFT 16949 certified company
Skills :
Prior press shop or managerial experience in a press shop environment
Engineering and management qualifications
Technical manufacturing knowledge of toolmaking and pressing stamping of
small to medium sized pressings in low medium and high volumes
Production and planning skills
Stock management systems
Leadership skills
Quoting for stamping pressing and press tools
Problem solving
