Job Description

My rapidly growing client, based in Castle Bromwich, are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a permanent basis.


A salary of 18,500 is on offer, as well as working hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.


Duties include:
-Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
-Handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently
-Working to call targets and KPIs
-Ensuring relevant, up to date information is uploaded onto the database
-Liaising with internal departments


Requirements:
-2 year''s experience within a contact centre environment
-Ability to work to targets and KPIs
-Strong time management and organisation skills
-A professional telephone manner
