My valued client, based in Castle Bromwich, are seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their team.


A competitive salary of £22,000 is on offer, as well as additional company benefits.


The right candidate will have:
-At least 3 years experience within a customer service role
-Experience of direct account management
-Strong IT skills and understanding of relevant computer packages
-Ability to meet deadlines, within a fast-paced environment
-Ability to produce various reports
