About the role:
Due to continued success and growth my Client requires Senior Quantity Surveyors for projects valued between £500k to £8m within our Special Project division at their newly refurbished head office in Aldridge.
Our Special Projects division boasts a highly diversified portfolio spanning numerous sectors with an enviable number of projects receiving prestigious awards and recognition. Dedicated to delivering schemes of a more unique nature, the division excels in fast-paced programmes, challenging site logistics and are sensitive to the needs of working within operational facilities while continually focusing on health and safety, installation quality and cost efficiency.
Who we are looking for:
Surveyors applying should have a solid track record of successful delivery in a competitive environment that primarily covers new build and also frameworks. Successful candidates will be able to assume overall commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects.
It is essential that the candidate has gained at least 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience and holds a relevant degree or diploma. Competent IT and communication skills are also essential and experience of using the system Coins is highly desirable.
