As the Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for:-
- Working on behalf of 3rd parties conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Updating the internal database with customer responses
- Working to targets set

- Excellent telephone manner
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work to targets
If you have worked within customer service environment whether that be over the telephone or on a face to face basis this would be advantageous
